ECI OFFERS PROGRAMS FOR

CULTURAL ENRICHMENT,

ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT

Summer Intensive Program: This program is for the serious student between the age of 14-17 that wants to quickly improve their English. Students stay at the dormitory of Monterey Bay Academy with an American or other international student. Summer English Intensive Immersion Program
American Culture and English Communication Camp: Learn about American culture from American teenagers who want to share their culture and learn about your culture. American teens will escort you on weekend activities and afternoon off-campus activities. Class time each day teaches you about the many places we will visit during your stay and provide you with the tools to communicate with American teenagers. Public High School Program (J-1 Visa): Students may enroll in public high school for one year on the J-1 visa and live with an American host family. Students can also attend a private school with dormitory stay or live with an American host family. Public Schools (J-1) Semester or Year Program
Public High School (F-1 Visa): There are a small number of public schools in California that have agreed to accept ECI students if ECI provides sponsor and guardian services for the students. While the F-1 public school program is one year, like the J-1 visa, students may continue their studies by transferring to another school. Students are allowed to stay in the United States as long as they are a full-time student in good standing. Public Schools (F-1) Semester or Year Program
Private School Program: ECI has is continually adding to their list of private schools that will accept ECI students where ECI provides sponsor and guardian services. The following schools have agreed to accept qualified ECI students. Private Schools (F-1/J-1) Year-Long Program

Monterey Bay Academy (F-1/J-1): Dormitory program with American roommate. This F-1 visa program is best suited for students that want to study in the US for one or more years. It is also possible for students to attend one year on a J-1 visa. Apply Now
Monte Vista Christian School (F-1/J-1): Students attending this program can stay with an American host family. ECI students are the only international students allowed to stay with an American host family. Apply Now
San Domenico High School (girls only) (F-1): San Domenico High School sits on a beautiful campus north of San Francisco in the city of San Anselmo.
Rio Lindo Academy (F-1): This high school campus sits in Northern California in the Napa Valley town of Healdsburg.
*NEW* El Cajon Middle School (F-1): El Cajon Middle School is located in Southern California just a few miles east of San Diego. International students live in a house on the campus. The school provides full-time parents in the house to take care of the children as if they were their own children.

2- or 3-Week Contract or Custom Program for schools and organizations: We also custom design programs. As an example we have a group of 50 students from China coming for a one-week study program and one-week tour to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon. We have also provided a two-week program focusing on mathematics in a partnership with the University of Berkeley Math Circle. info@eci-ca.org
Summer Tour Program in China: Visit China for a two-week program in Shanghai and Beijing. Study Chinese for daily life while touring the Great Wall and the two most amazing cities in China. Morning classes and afternoon activities. Weekends are all-day trips to historical treasures.
